Shipping Policy

At JETTY COMFY, we understand the importance of getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time

  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-4 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  • We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
  • Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for all orders in the United States. For orders from out of the US, the shipping fee will be calculated during check-out.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Policy

At JETTY COMFY, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customer@jettycomfy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, size, or model, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as gift cards or items marked as final sale. Please refer to the product page for details.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer@jettycomfy.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
